from 52 reviewsLe goût est super bon, j’adore le kick que ça donne avec la caféine, ça été un succès sur ma ride !
Super beau design ! Avec une bonne qualité de bouteille !
It’s great! Mixes well in a bidon with some shaking. I love that it’s not sweet.
Easy to dissolve, great flavour, great product for long rides! Highly recommend
My pick for a good balance of electrolytes and energy! This is a no brainer for superior performance.
Perfect product for long distances and should be advertised as such. In my opinion, it should not be used for light training sessions due to the high magnesium content. It might be interesting to have a version with only 50mg of magnesium. Otherwise, the taste is ideal in a 750ml bottle and the marketing is A1
C'est nouveau pournous mais 1/2 portions dans 400 ml d'eau a été tres efficace pendant la canicule et a bon gout.
Tastes amazing and keeps me in the zone during intense hot yoga classes! Would love to see some more flavours and a no sodium option

Physical Performance
Hydration with electrolytes, particularly sodium and potassium has been found to aid performance during prolonged exercise. Studies suggest that staying hydrated is key for performance in strength, power, and high-intensity endurance based exercise, as well as managing thermoregulation mechanisms.
Focus & Energy
Adequate hydration with magnesium is linked to maintenance of normal brain function. Studies show that increased brain magnesium may improve brain activity, influencing nerve signal transmission and preserving blood-brain barrier integrity, which can affect cognitive functions such as memory and attention.
Muscle Cramps Management
Electrolytes such as sodium, potassium, and magnesium are essential for muscle function and can help prevent cramping during and after exercise. Muscle cramps are often associated with electrolyte imbalances, particularly in hot conditions. Studies show that consuming beverages with electrolytes can delay the onset of muscle cramps compared to plain water.
Muscular Recovery
Electrolytes, especially magnesium, may play a significant role in post-exercise recovery. Studies have shown that magnesium supplementation may significantly reduce muscle soreness, session rating of perceived exertion, acute rating of perceived exertion, and improve perceived recovery.
A meticulously crafted blend of three research-supported electrolytes
600mg
Sodium
Each stick pack of DUSK Hydration contains 600mg of sodium. Sodium is an essential mineral that carries electrical charges in your body. Sodium also regulates fluid balance, which is at the core of hydration.
Athletes can lose several grams of sodium when training, particularly in hot, humid climates. We’ve talked to professional athletes’ trainers and they often log up to a 7-gram sodium loss in an intense session like a multi-stage enduro race.
400mg
Potassium
After sodium and water, we consider potassium to be next in line for hydration. Deficiencies in this key electrolyte can cause headaches, low energy, and muscle cramps. Each pack of DUSK Hydration contains 400mg of potassium, a significantly larger amount than other electrolyte drink mixes out there.
Potassium is especially important because it works synergistically with sodium to maintain fluid balance. If you don’t eat (or supplement) enough potassium, your body tries to restore this balance by selectively excreting more sodium. Unfortunately, this depletes sodium levels, which really screws up your hydration status.
100mg
Magnesium
Each pack of DUSK Hydration contains 100 mg of magnesium.
Magnesium is a crucial mineral. It aids in energy production, DNA repair, muscle synthesis, restful sleep, and many other things we care about, yet up to 30% of the population may be deficient in magnesium. This is likely why we see positive effects from magnesium supplementation on sleep, strength, anxiety, and depression.
Between 400–600 mg daily seems to be a reasonable target for optimal health, and there’s no downside to shooting for the upper end of that range.
